Simple and effective yogurt diet

Yogurt diet can help you to lose about 5 kg per week.
Note that If your stomach is sensitive to dairy, this diet is not suitable for you. The optimal fat content of dairy products is no more than 4% fat per 100 grams! With this diet you can eat also peaches, apples, banana or pear. You can add walnuts as well.
One glass of mineral water before each meal is recommended.
You can apply yogurt diet from 3 to 7 days.


Breakfast:

Cup of water
A cup of yogurt-no more than 4% fat – 130 g
1 fruit
Tea with honey (20 g, one teaspoon is 5 grams), or coffee with milk.

Lunch:

Cup of water
Oatmeal or skim milk – 100 g
Low-fat cottage cheese – 130g

Lunch:

Cup of water
Boiled egg – 1. (50 grams)
Salad (cucumbers, tomatoes)
100 g cottage cheese with fruit

Dinner:

Cup of water
1 fruit
1 unsweetened yogurt with no more than 4% fat – 130g

Follow this diet for 7 days.  You can repeat it after week or two. Good luck!
