3-day moon diet - The three day moon diet is a liquid diet, related to the phase of the moon once a month. It is best to do it at full moon, but its ok at other lunar phase, too. In these three day you have to drink a lot water and freshly squeezed juices. Coffee is not recommended. You can drink herbal or mint tea and hot water with lemon. This is an example for one of the days menu:
morning – yogurt and an orange or apple, breakfast – orange juice and yogurt, lunch – only a cup of vegetable juice
afternoon – herbal tea with honey, dinner – a cup of citrus juice
before sleep – herbal tea with honey.
Grapefruit diet: This diet is based on the fact that grapefruit has fat burning abilities. There is a simple rule here – eat one or two grapefruits 10 minutes before meal, you can also drink a cup of water. It would be better if the water is warmed up. The consumption of vegetables is encouraged and you can prepare them in generous amounts, in salads or not, you have to consume them just before meal. You can test it for a week or more. Cabbage Soup diet: The cabbage soup is a low – fat, high – fiber and can help you get into shape very fast. It’s best to have it as a plan for about 6 or 7 days. After a week or two you can start it again.
Salad diet – Salads are a great way to add more vegetables in your diet. You can start your meal with a salad or even replace a meal, while starting with salad before meal can be practiced every day, eating salad instead of the meal is not recommended for more than 2 weeks. Using much salt is not a wise decision at all, also be sure that you use olive oil to prepare your salads with instead of simple cooking oil.
