Dietitians like lists – “the most harmful”, “most nutritious foods” … Below we offer you one of these lists. It was published recently in the British newspaper “Times” and it shows a summary of extremely large number of studies on the benefits and dangers of various foods.

Despite ongoing disputes about the quality of certain food products and beverages, however opinions were united around the fact that some of them can be defined as “one of the main reasons for the development of cardiovascular, oncology, gastrointestinal diseases and diabetes “:

Potato chips
The technology of production of chips leads to the formation of carcinogenic synthetic oil (and other carcinogens). There is hardly need reminding that carcinogens trigger cancer.

Carbonated drinks
