One easy, economical and possible way to lose weight via exercise is walking. Walking have the enormous advantage of being beneficial for most people, even those with diabetes and high blood pressure. When performing aerobic exercise we are increasing heart rate and respiratory rate. When you exercise aerobically, you should be able to talk without gasping, as if we were unable to breathe means that our body is not getting enough oxygen it needs to burn fat. It is important to start slowly, do not go to the end, build your endurance gradually adding a few more minutes in each session and keep it!
Consistency is more important than small grueling seasons.
It is advisable to start with ten minutes a day and then extending each session until 45 minutes to walk comfortably. If you have never done or have long periods without doing so, it is desirable to consult with your physician before beginning this or any exercise program.
It is important to properly eat food according to the exercises we do, it is common to see people reporting feeling more hungry when exercising and this hinders their intentions to lose weight.
