Raspberries are very healthy fruits They are a low-calorie food that can help anyone who wants to get rid of some excess pounds.
Raspberry Diet is designed for 3 days. Thanks to the balanced composition of the nutrients, it does not pose a risk to the body, except for people with kidney disease, and hypotension.
- First day:
Breakfast: low fat cottage cheese – 100 g. or low-fat yoghurt – 250 g. and raspberries – 100g.
Lunch: yogurt – 200 ml. and Raspberry – 150g.
Lunch: boiled chicken breast – 200 grams, a cup of raspberries, yogurt flights.
Dinner: milk cocktail with juice of fresh raspberries.
- Second day:
Breakfast: yogurt – 250 g. and raspberries – 100g.
Lunch: fresh raspberries – 200g 2 tsp honey.
Lunch: boiled or baked fish -150 g. salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with olive oil.
Dinner: Fresh raspberries – 200g. and 1 tablespoon grated raw hazelnuts.
- Third day:
Breakfast: yogurt – 200 ml. and 100 g. raspberries.
Lunch: fresh raspberries – 200g walnuts and grated – 1 tbsp
Lunch: boiled lean meat (eg beef, white chicken) – 150 g and a salad of cabbage and carrots, olive oil and lemon juice – 150 years
Dinner: baked apples – 2. with raisins and raspberry sauce.
The diet can be repeated after 15-20 days.
It’s best if raspberries are fresh.
